QUESTIONS ABOUT ORDERING
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?
Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive it, check your spam or junk folder, it must have gone there. If so, add us to your contact list so that they reach you in the main tray.
WHAT IF I DON'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
It can be for several reasons. One, that the purchase process has not been fully completed and another, that the system fails, technology is not always perfect. To be sure, go to your user profile and check your account, there you have everything. If you see that there is a problem, do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com and we will provide a solution.
I JUST PLACED AN ORDER AND I MADE A WRONG. I WANT TO CANCEL IT. WHAT I CAN DO?
While the order is in the "processing" phase, you can do it yourself. If it has already been sent, you won't be able to.
In any case, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the details of the order and the modifications, and we will do everything possible if it has not yet been released.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Write an email to email@example.com with the details of the order indicating that you want to return it; our team will detail how to do it. It will be free as long as it is within Spain, with the exception of the Canary Islands, which has customs. You have a period of 10 days to do so.
The products must be closed. We do not accept returns if they are open or used.
And if it is a pack, you must return it complete.
WHAT IF THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE?
Write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order details indicating that you want to return it because it is defective. Explain to us what problem the product has. Our team will detail how to do it. The return will be free if the problem is from the ELENA BUSTO-ESSENTIAL BEAUTY brand. Replacement products will be sent to you or the order amount will be paid in full, whichever you prefer. IMPORTANT: YOU HAVE A PERIOD OF 48 HOURS TO DO IT.
We have two forms of payment. You can do it by transfer, the order will be sent once the amount is received in the bank account. Or by credit card through the STRIPE secure payment gateway.
All our orders are accompanied by their corresponding invoice.
WHERE DO YOU SEND AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
We currently ship to all of Spain, the peninsula 24/48H depending on the time of the order. Balearic Islands one more day, 48/72H.
Canarias, the system does not allow you to finish the purchase process. You have to contact us at email@example.com and we will guide you.
We also ship to all of Europe in 48/72 hours. For these orders contact at firstname.lastname@example.org

All shipments are door to door, you will receive it at the address you indicate.
Although we always work so that they are delivered as soon as possible, in campaign periods such as Black Friday or Christmas, delivery times may be increased.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM AWAY WHEN THE SHIPMENT ARRIVES?

HOW CAN I USE THE COUPONS?
At the time of purchase, you will see a box where you must enter the corresponding coupon code and click the "apply coupon" button. The discount will be calculated automatically.
HOW DOES THE GIFT CARD WORK?
If you have to make a gift and you don't know what, you can give our gift card for the amount you prefer within the options we have. The person who receives it will only have to fill in the card number before finalizing the purchase and click "apply". Voilà, a perfect gift.
